Start of Season #1 or not! written by s0rk, 2010-03-31 20:29 CEST (1 comments)

Hey guys,

after idling almost one month we will start this CTF tourney this weekend.

That's the 2.-4.04.
Time: we will find one fitting for all teams.

Please check-in even if you have little time left. The tourney will take maybe 1 to max. 2 hours. It will be fast - promise! :)

We need at least 4 teams to start... I count on you.

Well, I have to see that none of the sign-uped teams even considered to play this weekend. That's the reason why I will close down the NFC CTF tourney for an indefinite time. If you guys want to play CTF use pickup or try to organize yourself.

Have fun

Hey guys,

this is a topic that I cannot influence, only by spreading the link and making maybe some ad for this tourney, but you know how effective this is ;)
If you want to start this tourney even this month or as soon as possible, sign up! We need at least 6 teams to play a good ctf tourney. I know that is a lot of players we need to start, 6x3=18 players.
But you can also start to create random teams and practise one/two times. If you are alone and you don't have any teammates you can find to play a 3on3ctf just contact me and we will find some other players to create a temporary ctf clan for you guys.

All about communication written by s0rk, 2010-02-24 16:58 CET (1 comments)

I added some Teamspeak2/3 and Mumble addresses under "servers". My intention is that the playing teams might get a better teamplay. Binds are helpful especially in CTF games but realtime voice communication is better for a fluent gameplay.

Feel free to join the ts/mumble servers during the tourney and use them. Attention!
Some are public servers with unknown admins and rules, so please test these servers before you plan to use them.

Another important thing are the binds for non-headset-ownern. Therefore I will add some useful binds. Use these if you want to or create your own binds. http://nfcctf.tourney.cc/pages/ctf-and-more-binds/ [nfcctf.tourney.cc]
